Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 2 1/2 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instruction

  • We will start by making the turkey meatballs. If using already made turkey meatballs, simply bake those as directed on the package. Otherwise, combine together the ground turkey, egg, and desired seasonings in a mixing bowl. Then roll the meat balls into 1 to 1 1/2" balls. Preheat your oven to 350 and prep a baking dish for nonstick. Bake the meatballs for 25-30 minutes or until done.
  • To make the gravy, in a skillet over medium heat, whisk together the beef broth and 3 tablespoons of the flour. Once this begins to thicken you can stir in the sour cream and the Worcestershire sauce. Bring this to a simmer until you reach your desired consistency. If the consistency seems to thin, you can add the additional flour, 1/2 tablespoon at a time, Be sure to whisk the gravy to prevent sticking and burning..
  • Serve your turkey meatballs with the gravy poured over it.
