Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 14 ounces ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 leaves of bibb lettuce (or another large leaf variety of lettuce)
- 3 slices turkey bacon (diced and cooked)
- 1 roma tomato (diced small)
- 2 tablespoons red onion (diced small)
- 1/2 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons clean eating mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instruction
- Cook the ground turkey in a large skillet on medium heat. Break up the turkey as it cooks into small pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- Place the lettuce leaves on a flat surface. Fill each with about 3 tablespoons of the cooked ground turkey. Top each with the bacon, tomato, onion, and cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Drizzle over lettuce cups. Serve.
