Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise (get my recipe here)
  • 1.5 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (sub Nutritional Yeast to make it whole30 compliant)
  • ½ of a lemon, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • a few sprigs fresh parsley

Instruction

  • Combine the mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley in a food processor (I use this model).  Pulse until well blended and creamy.  Alternatively, this may be done in a high powered blender. (This is the one I use)
