The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic (pressed)
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan, and sauté garlic for a few seconds.
- Add spinach and continue to sauté until the spinach is wilted.
- Scramble eggs and add to the pan. Stir eggs, spinach, and garlic to combine.
- Lastly, mix in the feta cheese, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Serve with bacon on the side. BOOM, just like that, an easy and delicious low carb meal!
