Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 clove garlic (pressed)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Melt butter in a non-stick pan, and sauté garlic for a few seconds.
  • Add spinach and continue to sauté until the spinach is wilted.
  • Scramble eggs and add to the pan. Stir eggs, spinach, and garlic to combine.
  • Lastly, mix in the feta cheese, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with bacon on the side. BOOM, just like that, an easy and delicious low carb meal!
