Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 links Italian sausage (sweet)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons ghee, melted (or butter if not dairy free)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasonings
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Take the casings off the sausage and break up into little pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and dived the mixture into 14 muffins. Smooth out the mixture once they are in the tin to look nice.
- Bake for 15 minutes and let cool. Store in the refrigerator.
