Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 links Italian sausage (sweet)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons ghee, melted (or butter if not dairy free)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasonings

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Take the casings off the sausage and break up into little pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and dived the mixture into 14 muffins. Smooth out the mixture once they are in the tin to look nice. 
  • Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.  Store in the refrigerator.
