Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup butter (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Parmesan
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 425
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium/high heat.
  • Brown all of your chicken, about 3 minutes on each side.
  • Place your browned chicken in a 2.5 quart baking dish, pouring the remaining butter/cooking juices over top.
  • Using a mixer, combine your remaining ingredients and spoon over the top of your chicken
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes, until your chicken reaches safe internal cooking temperature and the top is slightly golden and bubbly
  • Let your chicken rest for about 5-10 minutes before placing each piece of chicken on plates for serving, stirring the sauce and ladling the sauce over each serving
