Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb pork chops, cut into fries
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3.5 oz bag of pork rinds, crushed into crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Place cut up pork chops on a plate and sprinkle salt and pepper over them.
  • In a baggie add the ranch dressing then the cut up pork chops.
  • Squish the pork chop pieces around to coat them all over.
  • In a shall bowl mix the crushed pork rinds and Parmesan cheese.
  • Take the pork strips out of the baggie and coat with the breading mixture. 
  • Place in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 380 degrees F for 10 minutes then increase the heat to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. 
  • Test to make sure they are done and then serve immediately for maximum crunchiness. 
  • To make in the oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place the  breaded pork chops on a sprayed cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  • To make on the stove top: Heat some oil in a large frying pan to medium high heat. Brown the pork chop strips on all sides and they should be cooked through. If they are not, then bake for a 5 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
