  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour ((4 oz/ 110 g))
  • 2 tbsp whey protein powder ((or 1 tbsp oat fiber or 1/4 cup more almond flour))
  • Olive oil to handle dough
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese ((5 oz /150 g))
  • 1/2 cup keto pizza sauce ((4 oz/113 g) (or your favorite))
  • 20 slices pepperoni slices ((or as much as you'd like) (1.5 oz/43 g))
  • 1 small garlic clove
