Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 1 1/2 sticks mozzarella string cheese (sliced)
  • ⅓ cup Pomi pizza sauce (or use my homemade sauce in the post)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Place pepperoni slices on the lined baking sheet, and place a mozzarella string cheese slice on the center of each pepperoni.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or more until cheese starts to brown and pepperoni is crisp.
  • Remove pepperoni cheese chips from oven.
  • Let cool a little until cheese is dry (can pat with paper towel for excess grease once cheese is completely dry and crisp).
  • Serve with or without pizza sauce. Low carb ranch dressing is also good for dipping these in.
