Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 7.5 ounces sliced white onion
  • 7 ounces sliced bell pepper
  • 1 pound (approximately 2 steaks)  boneless beef ribeye steak, fat trimmed off
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instruction

  • Pour olive oil into a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the onion and bell peppers. Saute for 10 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat and set aside. Slice the steak into thin pieces. Add 2-3 to the skillet and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat until all steak has been cooked. Place a piece of cheese onto the center of the steak along with bell pepper and onion. Roll it all up and secure with a toothpick. (If you want melted cheese place back in the skillet for 30 seconds.)
