Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 pound(s) cube steak, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 cup(s) carton 100% liquid egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) ground pork rinds (about a 6 oz pkg.)
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese (i use a mixture of shredded & grated)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) mrs dash garlic and herb seasoning

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with nonstick spray.
  • Combine ground pork rinds, Parmesan, and seasoning in a pie plate; set aside.
  • Beat egg whites until frothy, place in a separate shallow dish.
  • Dredge each steak in egg whites (both sides), then through the cheese mixture. Press cheese mixture into meat. Place on prepared pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Turn oven to broil and broil for 5 minutes. Serve.
