Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup almonds, raw
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 2 tbsp butter powder
  • 2 tbsp Low Carb Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 drops liquid stevia

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 275 degrees F.
  • Add everything to a food processor and pulse until you have chunks of almonds, but everything is combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into your mold and press it down very firmly using a spatula.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, until edges are browned. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes until set.
