Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- 3 cups spaghetti squash, cooked
- 2 cups chopped vegetables (I used red onion, bell peppers, celery and zucchini)
Instruction
- Add cooked spaghetti squash and vegetables to a large bowl.
- In a small bowl mix everything else to make the dressing. Pour over the vegetables and mix well.
- Refrigerate for a few hours over over night so the flavors meld together.
