Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • 3 cups spaghetti squash, cooked
  • 2 cups chopped vegetables (I used red onion, bell peppers, celery and zucchini)

Instruction

  • Add cooked spaghetti squash and vegetables to a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl mix everything else to make the dressing. Pour over the vegetables and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours over over night so the flavors meld together.
