  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • keto-friendly pancake syrup (optional)

Instruction

  • Add eggs, almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon into large shallow bowl.
  • Whisk ingredients until well combined.
  • Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture and cook on hot skillet or grill until both sides are browned.
  • Shake on powdered sweetener if desired and serve with low-carb pancake syrup.
