- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- keto-friendly pancake syrup (optional)
Instruction
- Add eggs, almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon into large shallow bowl.
- Whisk ingredients until well combined.
- Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture and cook on hot skillet or grill until both sides are browned.
- Shake on powdered sweetener if desired and serve with low-carb pancake syrup.
