Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 chopped red pepper
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1/8 cup low-sodium soy sauce

Instruction

  • Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Add the sesame oil.
  • Add the vegetables, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir. Cook the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes until they soften.
  • Drizzle the soy sauce throughout.
  • Cool before serving.
