The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1/8 cup low-sodium soy sauce
Instruction
- Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Add the sesame oil.
- Add the vegetables, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir. Cook the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes until they soften.
- Drizzle the soy sauce throughout.
- Cool before serving.
