Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 Tablespoon sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dash celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- almond flour bread (or other low carb bread)
Instruction
- Grate cucumber and let drain until most of the liquid is gone.
- Combine the cream cheese, medium cucumber, sour cream until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, celery salt and garlic powder.
- Cut the low carb flax bread squares in half through the middle height of the slice to make them thinner. Spread cucumber mix on bottom slice and cover with top slice. Cut in half to make finger size.
