Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, (peeled and diced)
  • 2 celery stalks, (diced)
  • 1 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1 (1-oz) package Original Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning mix
  • 1 (10-oz) package frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instruction

  • Combine chicken, broth, carrots, celery, bacon, and ranch mix in a large Dutch oven.
  • Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes.
  • Add cheese and cauliflower rice. Cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and cauliflower rice is cooked.
