Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 9 oz chorizo (Mexican not Spanish)
  • 2 slices Muenster cheese
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz Mexican queso quesadilla cheese
  • 28 grams Mexican queso cajita cheese

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  • In a medium sized skillet, brown the chorizo. Then add to a baking dish to cover the bottom.
  • Lay the slices of Muenster and mozzarella cheese slices. Sprinkle the queso quesadilla cheese and the queso cotija cheese over top and place in the oven.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is nicely melted and browned.
  • Eat immediately with raw vegetables. Sliced mini peppers make great scoops for this dip. 
  • To reheat leftover dip, place in the oven or microwave.
