Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 9 oz chorizo (Mexican not Spanish)
- 2 slices Muenster cheese
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 3 oz Mexican queso quesadilla cheese
- 28 grams Mexican queso cajita cheese
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- In a medium sized skillet, brown the chorizo. Then add to a baking dish to cover the bottom.
- Lay the slices of Muenster and mozzarella cheese slices. Sprinkle the queso quesadilla cheese and the queso cotija cheese over top and place in the oven.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is nicely melted and browned.
- Eat immediately with raw vegetables. Sliced mini peppers make great scoops for this dip.
- To reheat leftover dip, place in the oven or microwave.
