The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 lb Brussel sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup cream

Instruction

  • Clean and then steam your Brussel sprouts for 5 minutes in the microwave.
  • Meanwhile in a sauce pan, add your butter and cream cheese and mix until melted.
  • Then add your cream and cheddar cheese and mix until melted and well combined.
  • Pour sauce over cooked Brussel sprouts and serve.
