The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 lb Brussel sprouts
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup cream
Instruction
- Clean and then steam your Brussel sprouts for 5 minutes in the microwave.
- Meanwhile in a sauce pan, add your butter and cream cheese and mix until melted.
- Then add your cream and cheddar cheese and mix until melted and well combined.
- Pour sauce over cooked Brussel sprouts and serve.
