Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups riced cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat eggs and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Place a silicone mat or a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet or baking pan.
- Spread out mixture evenly on the paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Times may vary depending how thin you spread the mixture so check to make sure it doesn't burn.
- Let cool and cut into 4 pieces of bread.Please refrigerate if not using right away.
