Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat eggs and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Place a silicone mat or a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet or baking pan.
  • Spread out mixture evenly on the paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Times may vary depending how thin you spread the mixture so check to make sure it doesn't burn.
  • Let cool and cut into 4 pieces of bread.Please refrigerate if not using right away.
