Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 batch Paleo Brownies
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ cup water
- ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla stevia
- 1 cup
- ⅓ cup
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla stevia
Instruction
- Bake the brownies and let cool 1 hour while making peanut butter fluff
- Place peanut butter, shortening, maple syrup, water, salt, and stevia in a
- Use a hand blender with whisk attachment to blend until smooth
- Transfer fluff to top of brownies, spreading until smooth
- In a saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate, shortening, and stevia
- Pour chocolate ganache over peanut butter fluff
- Refrigerate 30 minutes to let chocolate firm up a bit, then slice
- Refrigerate 30 more minutes so chocolate can set
- Serve
