Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 batch Paleo Brownies
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla stevia
  • 1 cup
  • ⅓ cup
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla stevia

Instruction

  • Bake the brownies and let cool 1 hour while making peanut butter fluff
  • Place peanut butter, shortening, maple syrup, water, salt, and stevia in a
  • Use a hand blender with whisk attachment to blend until smooth
  • Transfer fluff to top of brownies, spreading until smooth
  • In a saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate, shortening, and stevia
  • Pour chocolate ganache over peanut butter fluff
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes to let chocolate firm up a bit, then slice
  • Refrigerate 30 more minutes so chocolate can set
  • Serve
