Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 6 large Eggs ((or 7 medium))
- 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Lakanto Maple Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
- 2 teaspoons Lakanto Low Carb Sugar Substitute
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides and process again.
- Heat Belgian Waffle Iron until hot and spray generously with oil.
- Place about 1/2 cup of batter into center of Belgian Waffle Iron and close lid. Using the handle, rotate the waffle iron to lock into place. Cook for about 6 minutes, or until desired crispness.
- Use a silicone spatula to lift waffle off the iron and place onto plate. Top with butter and maple syrup.
