Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 6 large Eggs ((or 7 medium))
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Lakanto Maple Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Lakanto Low Carb Sugar Substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth.  Use a spatula to scrape down the sides and process again.
  • Heat Belgian Waffle Iron until hot and spray generously with oil.
  • Place about 1/2 cup of batter into center of Belgian Waffle Iron and close lid. Using the handle, rotate the waffle iron to lock into place. Cook for about 6 minutes, or until desired crispness.
  • Use a silicone spatula to lift waffle off the iron and place onto plate.  Top with butter and maple syrup.
