Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 pounds beef stew meat (cubed)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 32 ounces beef stock
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon seasoning (such as thyme,rosemary, and or oregano)
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups radish (( or turnip) cubed)
- 1 small carrot (cut into small pieces)
- 4 stalks celery (cut into half slices)
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
Instruction
- Cook beef in olive oil. Add beef broth, water and seasonings. Bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour
- Stir in vegetables then sprinkle in xanthan gum, cover and simmer 1 hour more.
