Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup Lakanto golden sweetener ( can also use Swerve brown sugar sweetener)
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 8 mushrooms
- 2 cups zucchini, chopped
Instruction
- Make the marinade by mixing the soy sauce, garlic, ginger and Lakanto sweetener. Pour into a large ziplock bag or marinating container.
- Chop up the chicken and vegetables into chunks and add to the baggie. Mix around to get the marinade on everything. Place into the refrigerator overnight or early in the morning for your dinner that night.
- Take out the baggie and place the vegetables and chicken on wooden skewers. NOTE: Make sure your skewers fit in your air fryer basket.
- Lay the kebabs in the Air Fryer basket and set the temperature to 380°F for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken reaches 160°F.
- Take off the skewers to eat.
