  • 3/4 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 Avocado
  • Freshly Squeezed Juice of 3 - 4 Limes
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 - 2 cloves Garlic (minced fine or pressed)
