  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 2 large garlic cloves (pressed)

  • 1 pound top sirloin (sliced into 1/4-inch thick strips)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (divided)
  • 1/2 red onion (sliced)
  • 2 plum (Roma) tomatoes (sliced into thin wedges)
  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon hot sauce (I used Sriracha)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cilantro (optional, chopped)
