- 1 pound lobster meat
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes (optional)
- corn tortillas
- Crema Mexican with chipotle sauce
- Grilled avocado slices
- Shredded red cabbage
- Pico de gallo salsa
- Chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges
Instruction
- In a large skillet melt butter on low heat and add a little bit of salt. Add fresh lime juice and garlic.
- Chop the lobster to bite-size pieces and soak them in the butter sauce and just heat the meat. Sprinkle with pepper flakes, if using.
- Warm the corn tortillas. Place warm lobster in tortillas and add your favorite toppings, and a squeeze of lime juice.
