Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • Chips for 2 people
  • 1/2 cup of Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup of chopped red onion
  • 1 cup of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup (or more if desired) of Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • pico
  • 1/2 an avocado, chopped
  • optional: nutritional yeast, vegan sour cream, cilantro, lime, sriracha, jalapeno

Instruction

  • Assemble the nachos by stacking the chips on a large plate and adding all of the toppings to the chips.
  • Cover in lots of cheese sauce and ENJOY!
