Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- Chips for 2 people
- 1/2 cup of Red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup of chopped red onion
- 1 cup of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup (or more if desired) of Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce
- pico
- 1/2 an avocado, chopped
- optional: nutritional yeast, vegan sour cream, cilantro, lime, sriracha, jalapeno
Instruction
- Assemble the nachos by stacking the chips on a large plate and adding all of the toppings to the chips.
- Cover in lots of cheese sauce and ENJOY!
