  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or vegan cheese shreds)
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 3 tablespoons diced jalapeños (de-seeded)
  • The three roasted garlic cloves (from the first step)
  • 1/4 cup greek vegan yogurt (or regular vegan yogurt)
  • sea salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Juice of half a lime
