The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- Sour cream
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Slice potatoes into rounds and place onto a large greased baking sheet. Brush each potato round with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Top each with cheese, and bacon. Bake for another 5 minutes. Top with sour cream.
