Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Place potatoes into a large saucepan over medium heat. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Let simmer until fork tender. Drain and place into a large bowl.
- Mash with the remaining ingredients using either a potato masher or hand mixer until smooth.
