Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5 ounces baby greens salad mix
- 2 to matoes seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon non-pareil capers
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup cup white wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons Gourmet Garden Oregano Stir-in Paste (about a tablespoon fresh oregano leaves)
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden chunky garlic paste (1 clove fresh garlic)
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
Instruction
- Whisk together all ingredients for the dressing and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes so the flavors can meld.
- Combine all of the salad ingredients together in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
