Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5 ounces baby greens salad mix
  • 2 to matoes seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon non-pareil capers
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons Gourmet Garden Oregano Stir-in Paste (about a tablespoon fresh oregano leaves)
  • 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden chunky garlic paste (1 clove fresh garlic)
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt

Instruction

  • Whisk together all ingredients for the dressing and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes so the flavors can meld.
  • Combine all of the salad ingredients together in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
