Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 6-8 - red potatoes, diced
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 package(s) smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1/2 pound(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3/4 stick(s) butter
  • 1 tablespoon(s) parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 cup(s) Colby/Monterey Jack shredded cheese

Instruction

  • Melt butter in large skillet. Add potatoes, onion, parsley, salts, and pepper. Let it cook down a little.
  • Add sausage, mushrooms, and bacon. Continue to cook until potatoes are tender and browned.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
