Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cups pulled pork (or chicken)
  • 1 cup bbq sauce
  • 1 box honey cornbread mix
  • additional ingredients according to package directions for cornbread
  • 2 cups prepared coleslaw or veggie slaw

Instruction

  • Mix the pulled pork and BBQ sauce, set aside.
  • Mix the cornbread according to the package directions. Pour the batter into a waffle maker. Cook 3-4 minutes per batch.
  • Top the cornbread waffles with pulled pork and slaw. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side if desired.Note: See post above for BBQ Loaded Potato Chips using the same ingredients on potato chips.
