Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- sourdough bread (sliced (or sub your favorite bread))
- cheddar cheese
- cooked bacon
- thinly sliced potatoes (fried - seasoned to taste with garlic salt & pepper)
- sour cream
- green onions (sliced)
- butter (to cook the sandwiches in)
Instruction
- Assemble the sandwiches. Spread each slice of bread with sour cream. Lay your slices of cheddar cheese over the sour cream on each piece of bread. On one piece of bread, place 5-6 slices of fried potato & on the other, place 2 slices of cooked bacon. Spread a little sour cream over the potato slices & sprinkle with green onion. Sandwich the two halves together & fry in a little butter until golden brown & the cheese is melted.
