Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3/4 cup / 180g almond butter (unsweetened)
  • 3/4 cup / 60g shredded / desiccated coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup / 55g coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener

Instruction

  • Line an 8 × 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine the almond butter, shredded coconut, coconut oil, and sweetener in a large bowl. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate or freeze until solid. Slice into 8 bars.
