Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 carrot (peeled and cut into large chunks)
  • 1/4 cucumber (skin on, cut into large chunks (see notes))
  • 2 garlic cloves (smashed)
  • 1 green onion (white and green parts, roughly chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)

Instruction

  • Put all ingredients but the cream cheese in a food processor and pulse to combine until finely chopped.
  • Add the cream cheese into the veggie mixture and pulse until well combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to four days.
