The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix ((Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion soup mix or Onion soup mix))
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup milk ((or beef broth or water))
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup ketchup ((double if a ketchup topping is desired))
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and set out a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the ground beef with Lipton soup mix packet contents, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, and ketchup. Mix until just combined, then transfer into your loaf pan.
- Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 55 minutes to an hour, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove from the oven when done and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
