Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 oz water ((or orange juice))
  • 5 oz Chobani Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 5 oz Chobani Plain Greek yogurt
  • additional sweetener like sugar (, agave nectar or maple syrup)
  • 8 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 kiwi fruit sliced thin
  • 1/4 small orange (, sliced thin)

Instruction

  • TO PREPARE THE YOGURT CHIA PUDDING:In a bowl soak 2 tbsp chia seeds in 6 oz water (or you can use orange juice) for 5-10 minutes. This will produce a nutritious chia gel. Mix chia gel with vanilla and plain yogurt. Add sweetener if needed.
  • Get cups for the parfait ready. (I used champagne glasses).
  • Layer Greek Yogurt Chia pudding in cups with pomegranate seeds and kiwi fruit pieces in between. Add a slice of orange on top.
