Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5 ounces reduced fat crumbled blue cheese
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk (or make your own)
  • 3/4 cup light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives (chopped)

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl combine all ingredients (except chives). Mix until well combined. Garnish with chives. Serve and enjoy!
