- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2-3 medium cloves fresh garlic (depending on preferred flavor)
- 3 tablespoons Tamari (Liquid Aminos (or Soy sauce for non gluten free version))
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional for heat)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional for added taste)
- 1/4 cup water (can add more if you want it thinner)

- Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
