Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup Instant Oats
- 5/6 cup Milk
- 4-6 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 large Apple (grated)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon ground
- 1/3 cup Yogurt
- a few Raisins (optional)
- a few Almonds
- Fresh Fruits (*see Notes)
Instruction
- The night before, place the oats and milk together in a container. Mix the content and place into the fridge.
- The next morning add the honey, lemon juice, grated apple, cinnamon powder, yogurt, raisins and almonds. Mix the whole content well.
- Cut your fruit into pieces, if it's not a small berry, and arrange on top of your bircher muesli.
- Best enjoyed cooled.
