Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup Instant Oats
  • 5/6 cup Milk
  • 4-6 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 large Apple (grated)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon ground
  • 1/3 cup Yogurt
  • a few Raisins (optional)
  • a few Almonds
  • Fresh Fruits (*see Notes)

Instruction

  • The night before, place the oats and milk together in a container. Mix the content and place into the fridge.
  • The next morning add the honey, lemon juice, grated apple, cinnamon powder, yogurt, raisins and almonds. Mix the whole content well.
  • Cut your fruit into pieces, if it's not a small berry, and arrange on top of your bircher muesli.
  • Best enjoyed cooled.
