The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 each bell pepper, mini
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, low fat
- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
- 3 slice cooked bacon
Instruction
- Slice bell peppers and remove seeds.
- Mix together cream cheese and yogurt.
- Fill peppers with cheese/yogurt mixture.
- Sprinkle bacon on top of peppers.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
