  • 1 cup vegetable broth (or water)
  • 1 small red pepper (diced)
  • 1 small/medium onion (diced)
  • 2 large cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp chickpea flour (more if needed)
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper and red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • Oil (for frying)
