Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cup apple juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 handfuls spinach ((about 2 cups))
  • 2 pieces pineapple (fresh)
  • 1 cup lentils (frozen (available in most frozen vegetable sections of the grocery store, or you can pre-cook any variety of lentils and freeze))
  • 1 cup mango, frozen

Instruction

  • Blend ingredients until a smoothie consistency is formed.
