The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cup apple juice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 handfuls spinach ((about 2 cups))
- 2 pieces pineapple (fresh)
- 1 cup lentils (frozen (available in most frozen vegetable sections of the grocery store, or you can pre-cook any variety of lentils and freeze))
- 1 cup mango, frozen

- Blend ingredients until a smoothie consistency is formed.
