- ½ cup red onion slivers
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh marjoram + more at the end
- 2/3 cup feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp mustard
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
