Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 2 (5 ounce) salmon filets (skin on)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400*F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment for easier clean up
  • Arrange lemon slices on the baking sheet close together in a single layer. 
  • Place the salmon on top of the lemon slices. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with thyme
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until done. Enjoy!
