The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 2 (5 ounce) salmon filets (skin on)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400*F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment for easier clean up
- Arrange lemon slices on the baking sheet close together in a single layer.
- Place the salmon on top of the lemon slices. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with thyme
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until done. Enjoy!
