Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
- 2-3 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbs fresh rosemary (minced)
- 1 tsp garlic (crushed)
- salt (pepper)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Pat your pork dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the mixture over the pork, and rub in.
- Roast for 30-45 minutes, or until a thermometer reads 155F.
- Allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing.
- Devour.
