Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2-3 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbs fresh rosemary (minced)
  • 1 tsp garlic (crushed)
  • salt (pepper)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Pat your pork dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture over the pork, and rub in.
  • Roast for 30-45 minutes, or until a thermometer reads 155F.
  • Allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Devour.
