Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 4-5 Cups of Broccoli (stalks cut short)
  • 3 Cloves of garlic (sliced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Fresh Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Pine Nuts (toasted)
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 425
  • Toss the broccoli, oil, garlic, salt and pepper on a cookie sheet.
  • Roast for 20-25 min.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together the lemon juice, and melted butter.
  • Remove the broccoli from the oven, and toss with pine nuts, lemon juice mixture, cheese and lemon zest.
  • Serve immediately.
