Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 lemon (,thinly sliced, then quartered)
- 2 lbs. asparagus (, trimmed)
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425F. Line large shallow baking pan with foil or parchmen paper.
- Arrange lemon quarters in single layer on prepared pan.
- Arrange asparagus evenly over lemon slices.
- Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper.
- Roast until asparagus are tender, about 20 minutes.
